WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from the UK using a tracked delivery service.
PACKAGING
Each print is placed in a clear A4 self-adhesive sleeve, supported by a sturdy backing board to keep it flat. It’s then shipped in a hard-backed envelope for extra protection during transit.
RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY
I do not offer returns or refunds. Please make sure to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, don’t worry! Just get in touch within 7 days of delivery, send me a few photos and it will be taken care of.
DATA USAGE
Your personal information, such as email and shipping details is only used for shipping purposes. Your data is discarded after your order is fulfilled and is not used for any other reason.
